Delivery

We at Elevator Sound want to offer as good a delivery service as the next online business.

Yes, our margins are tight and yes, everyone is trying to offer the best possible service, but please understand we know how important these purchases are to you.

Our main courier is DHL, however we may sometimes use UPS or Correos. Providing an email address and phone number when purchasing allows the courier to update you with tracking information, a delivery link and lets you reschedule the delivery if needed.

Our daily shipments are collected by courier between 16:30pm – 17:30pm. Any orders for “in-stock” orders placed before 16:00pm will be posted SAME DAY on a DHL Service (usually arriving within 24-36 hours within the EU dependent on selected service).

For mainland Spain customers all items under €99 (inc VAT) are €8.45. Price may vary depending on weight and size (this price excludes shipments to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands which are subject to alternative postage rates). Orders over €99 within Mainland Spain are Free Shipping (1-3 days). Guaranteed next day (Mainland Spain) shipping is around €11 depending on weight and location. If you’re local to Barcelona or coming through town we also offer the option to Collect In-Store. Just give us an email beforehand to check availability.

For orders outside of mainland Spain your shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your item(s).

Elevator Sound is not responsible for any international shipping delays, customs charges or taxes along with any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Duties and Taxes

Shipments to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT, but are subject to local taxes to be paid on arrival usually to the courier companies upon time of import.

Companies within the European Union other than Spain that have an intra-community VAT registered tax number are exempt from paying Spanish VAT. Non-EU natural and legal persons must pay VAT but can request a refund at the customs office of the country of origin.

When viewing the website within the EU having entered an EU postcode for delivery you will see prices on our site showing your country’s VAT rate. When purchasing you will pay the Inc-VAT price for your country (One Stop Shop).

Please note, when ordering from outside the EU, having entered your delivery address at checkout, you will be viewing the website excluding VAT. You will need to pay VAT when the package is being imported into your country, before it is delivered to you. This will usually be handled by the courier company who will collect the VAT and pay it on your behalf to your government.

Outside the EU there may also be additional import duties. For facilitating the VAT payment and handling import duties courier companies may charge customers handling fees. These fees can vary depending on the products, courier and country which unfortunately we have no control over.
