Coming soon to a Noise Engineering near you, it’s Vice Virga, our 8-in, 8-out sequential switch with a twist (or two)! You can see it in action on our recent Perfect Circuit livestream.
Vice Virga, or VV, works a bit differently than a standard sequential switch. While many switches will have one mode of operation, like being one in, four out (or the opposite), VV is a matrix, so it has as many ins as it has outs. It has three grouping modes: four 2×2, two 4×4, or one 8×8. It has standard sequence modes as well as two random-routing modes, which yield some interesting and fun results. Switching can be done with standard clock/reset signals (with three modes for direction), with CV, or manually with onboard advance/reset/offset controls.
Price and release date TBA.
